At the moment discussion of Dollhouse is in the TV Archives section. I like to suggest that discussion of Dollhouse be placed in the section with Firefly/Serenity.

After all both Firefly/Serenity & Dollhouse have Joss Whedon as their creator but neither are Buffy-related. So far one has a section of its own while the other doesn't. Not to mention there is not much activity in the Firefly/Serenity section lately. I mean for all we know there might not be another Firefly TV series or a movie to talk about in future.

If what I have just said is taken up obviously the Serenity and Firefly section would have to change its name to something like "Other Whedonverse shows".

That's my suggestion which I thought should be worth considering.

Since there is now a thread on another Joss Whedon non-Buffyverse project Dr Horrible's Singalong Blog in the TV Archives section, I now bringing this thread back up to again ask the Serenity and Firefly section should now be turned into one section for all projects that Joss has done that does not relate to Buffy at all.

If anybody has objection to this idea I would like to know why and why should the Serenity and Firefly section be left intact. Reasons other than it was the first non-Buffy related TV series that Joss had created or that it is very popular.

This is a Buffy forum - therefore it is right there be a section to talk about Buffy, Angel and hopefully one day Ripper.

So while obviously we have an interest on what other stuff that Joss has done, the fact remains they are not Buffy related and hence one Joss non-Buffy related show should not be given special treatment over the others.

I notice that both Dollhouse & Dr Horrible threads are a sticky even though the former is not due to be aired (in the States) until January.

This does not really address to what I have suggested since there have been non-Whedon shows which have been given the sticky treatment. So hardly any distinction with this approach.

Let's just wait till Fox cancels Dollhouse, shall we?

Well with respect if my suggestion had been responded to earlier I would not have to ask multiple times. If you check the date you would notice I posted this thread just over four months ago which is ample enough time for a response.

I basically wanted to know whether my suggestion is being considered at all and if not why not? It's really not that difficult to answer.

In all fairness I have been patient and I only posted the second time when the Dr Horrible thread was posted and still nothing was done.

So as a suggestion it would be good if a response was made within a week after a suggestion has been made.

As to waiting to see if Dollhouse is going to be cancelled, I can only wonder if you would have made the same response if this had been Firefly instead.

I dont think anyone reads these forums anymore, and the people with admin access either cant be stuffed going to these forums, or they are far too busy with their own lives to even look at your request. Ever since Serenity screened, no one has bothered much with the forums.

So in other words, tough titties.

To further add to you saying that I have no life, if I was dead I certainly would not have posted on this forum and the last time I checked my heart was still beating hence I am still alive. In fact I am now in my seventh life - try to figure that one out. Ha!

Then maybe we need some more moderators who have the time to do modly things? I know people are busy, but if that's the case then there might be other people needed.

These forums may be quiet but they are being used, and regardless of whether or not you like the person making a request, months with no response of any kind is a pretty poor effort.

I read the forums. I'm looking forward to Dollhouse.

I am happy to move the threads. I don't have access to create new sub forums and I think we should hold off new forums until the shows actually have some air time...

It is about time this be brought up again as season 2 will soon start (in the US).

There is only one Dollhouse thread (with some other mentions in other threads). Not worth a section really but I will move the thread to Buffy/Whedonverse.

i'm going to make a thread for each episode of season 2 after it has aired, and everybody has to post in them. okay? okay.
