april tuna showed up on nip/tuck again. she got some more lines, but even though she's playing a creepy scientolgist her character is super boring.

other random nip/tuck guest stars: alanis morissette as a lesbian anesthesiologist named poppy, and jennifer elise cox as annie mcnamara in the episode set 15 years into the future. jennifer elise cox is awesome, she should be a regular on a good show.

i wonder if the first comic book is in shops in australia yet. the minotaur site says it's "out of stock", but it could be a filthy lie. i'll go looking for it tomorrow after work.

in other felicia day news, she is filming a TV movie for the syfy channel. it's called RED and it's like a cool/modern retelling of little red riding hood but with werewolves. could be good, could totally suck.

i got the first issue of the comic. you should get it too.

single issues of comics feel really short. i prefer scott pilgrim-sized graphic novels. this comic was still good though. it's a bit spooky, actually, how clearly i can hear cyd's voice in my head when i read her narration and dialogue. in a good way, i mean.

i got the main cover. the one with cyd and codex. this alternate covers thing bugs me, i think they should just do one.
